Charles Carter

Craig Olsen
Craig Olsen, along with Charlie Carter, is a co-founder of United Inspectors Group. He has been performing home inspections professionally since 1994. Prior to that, he worked as a superintendent and project manager in residential construction. He is a graduate of the HomeTech Training Academy and the Property Inspection Training Institute as well as being fully certified by the American Society of Home Inspectors. Craig is licensed in Maryland and Virginia.

Bob Bailey
Bob Bailey joined United Inspectors in 2000. He is a graduate of the HomeTech Training Academy and has been conducting inspections since 1998. Before becoming a home inspector, Bob was fully certified to professionally install and service residential heating and cooling systems. He is certified by the American Society of Home Inspectors and is a licensed home inspector in both Maryland and Virginia.
